I have a signal that was decmoposed into 2 signals, and the (decomposed) signals were put into CNN for prediction.I got the predictions for the 2 decomposed signals. How can I combine/add them together to get a single signal for the result?

That depends on how you decomposed them in the first place.
Just undo/reverse that process.

I decomposed a time series power signal using Discrete Wavelet Transform (DWT) and got sub-series signals (low and high frequency) and used each sub-series signal as an input to CNN to forecast/predict the sub-series power
How can I combine/add the forecasted sub-series signals to get the final forecated power value?

% assume you have the two decomposed signals and their predictions already
alpha = 0.5; % adjust the weighting as desired
final_pred = alpha*pred1 + (1-alpha)*pred2;
original_signal = signal1 + signal2;
