Is it possible to customize the components in App Designer using CSS?

I'm making an App by using App Designer, but the options to customize the components are very limited, so, is it possible to modify these component with CSS?

It depends on what you need, but uihtml is a good start.

Thanks for your response, what I need is to personalize some components like for exaple the Tab Groups.
