How to simulate microwave Scattering ?

Can I place two antennas in one plane and one metallic scatterer in the farfield of these antennas? My target is to record the S21 data due to this metal.

As per my understanding, yes you can place two antennas in one plane and a metallic scatterer in the farfield of these antennas using Simulink.
