I can't open Simulink onramp either in my MATLAB simulink and in browser

I can't open the simulink onramp in my MATLAB simulink. All I get is new tab opening and: 'You may have access to this course through an online training subscription. Click below to check for access.'

when i click course access option – no response.

But simulink courses also do not work through Mathworks self-paced courses page (I use firefox and it always worked fine with other types of courses).

The same happens to Simulink Fundamentals and all other simulink-related courses.

I did the Simulink onramp the past days and I had the same problems.

What worked for me was typing learning.simulink.launchOnramp("simulink") into the command window.

The online course worked for me when I switched from firefox to edge.

Only problem for me was that the online Simulink courses are really slow, you have to wait a lot, but I guess it's better than nothing.
