Hi Katlyn,
Please try relaunching the MATLAB application and check the amount of 'Memory' that is currently being used by other applications on your machine (Memory may be full).
If the problem persists, please provide more information about the release and steps to reproduce it on my end.

Hi Katyln,
I understand that you are having an issue opening with signal editor window. There are some troubleshooting steps that you can try to open Signal editor window:
- Check if the Signal Processing Toolbox is installed because Signal editor is a part of the Signal Processing Toolbox in MATLAB. If it’s not installed, install it from the MATLAB Add-Ons menu.
- Check if the Signal editor is enabled. In some cases, the Signal Editor may be disabled by default. To enable it, go to the MATLAB “Settings” menu and select “Signal Processing Toolbox”. Check the box next to “Signal Editor” and save the changes.
- Make sure that MATLAB is fully installed and up to date. Check if any Updates are available and install them if necessary.
Here is the link to download the “Signal Processing Toolbox” addon:
Thanks

I have encountered the same problem. There is still 8GB of unused memory, and the “Signal Processing Toolbox” has been installed.
matlab version : r2021a update 8
Os : Windows 10
Abnormal phenomenon: The NVIDIA graphics card shortcut key prompt (alt+z) always pops up when I first open the signal editor.

I have the same problem, plus it worked without any problem and then just stopped. I tried the troubleshooting solutions, however it didnt work.
The problem: white window in tab bar, no progression after waiting for an hour, enought RAM (69% capacity)
If anybody has some solution it would be greatful.
