How to model a Phase Change Material in Simulink?

I am trying to solve the 1D heat conduction problem for a Phase Change Material as described in the attached file ("PCM problem description").
Particularly, I would like to implement the solution of the model describing the system on simulink and I don't understand how can I sketch the scheme (in "PCM_model" there is a draft relating to the data and parameters provided in "PCM_Analytical solution.m" file) of a phase change material (if one thermal mass block is enough or if I have to add a second one for the melting process) and how to set the initial and boundary conditions needed.
Thanks in advance for the help.
