Build a GUI application for treeplot(p) , treeplot(p,nodeSpec,edgeSpec) syntaxes. It is required that the graphic interface contains:
1. A menu called "Syntax" and with 2 submenus that allow selecting the syntax of the desired function
3. Graphic list objects (DropDown) for reading the input arguments nodeSpec, edgeSpec and a button called "Result" which, when activated, will display in a graphic window the tree returned by treeplot and the nodes, together with their labeling in an object . axis graph (hint: the treelayout() function is used)
My problem here is i dont know how when i press the button Result to take in consideration wich sub-menu i've selected before
% Menu selected function: treeplotpMenu
function treeplotpMenuSelected(app, event)
app.p=str2num(app.pEditField.Value)
if(app.RezultatButtonPushed) % here i get "too many arguments" error
treeplot(app.p)
end
Also I need the treeplot graphic to be drawn in the app tab, not in a new one(figure1), my teacher told me to use treelayout but i dont know how to use it.
