Image aquisition toolbox not detecting camera

Hi All
I am new to matlab and trying to use the image aquisition tool box with my Basler Aca 640-120um camera. When I run the imaqinfo from the command line it shows that the adaptors are installed but I don't see my camera in the image aquisition hardware space.
Message attached.
Thanks

If you use Device Manager, does Windows see the camera? Look under the Imaging Devices category. If Windows sees it them you may need to start imaqtool and use the "Register a third party adapter". You forgot to tell what version of MATLAB you're using. Newer versions have removed imaqtool and use instead "imageAcquisitionExplorer".

Hi
Thankyou very much for the input. I can see the camera in device manager, but when I select the third party adapter in the image aquisition tool box, I get the error message, attached.
I am using MATLAB 2020a.
How did you get that path?
Can you attach a screenshot of Device Manager with the Imaging Devices or Cameras category expanded?
Can you contact Basler for the DLL?
Hi
I have attached the screen shot of device manager.
I have been in contact with basler too because I want to trigger the camera using an external source.
I also have one more question.
I am looking for new camera for which matlab code is already available and can be easily synced using matlab, I would appreciate any suggestion.
What's under the Camera category? I suggest you call Mathworks Tech support. I use Lumenera cameras.
