What does the format of the network.lic look like (the license file for the End User on a network-based license)?

The format of the inside of the network.lic file used by the End User on a network-based license looks like the following:
SERVER {Hostname} {HostID} {Port}
USE_SERVER
The SERVER line should match exactly how the SERVER line reads on the Network License Manager's license file. An example of a real network.lic file is shown below.
SERVER jimmy-computer 047C1606C07D 27000
USE_SERVER
So, the file should be named "network.lic" and the file's contents should include what is mentioned above.
