Note: 20XXx should be replaced with the MATLAB release that you have installed.

Windows

The icon is bundled inside matlab.exe. It cannot be extracted without third-part software.

macOS

/Applications/MATLAB_R20XXx.app/Contents/Resources/MATLAB.icns

Linux

There is no icon bundled for the symbolic links that are created. If you want to use an icon for a symbolic link or .desktop file, you could you use an icon from the directory listed below, assuming you've installed MATLAB in the default location during installation.

/usr/local/MATLAB/R2022b/ui/install/update_installer/images
