TMW officially does not support INTEL oneAPI compilers (C/C++ and Fortran), but only GCC and GFORTRAN on Linux platform. See here.
Is there any reliably functional way how to use INTEL oneAPI with MATLAB on Linux platform?

"I am looking for verified solution, not for hacks ..."
The verified solution is that those compilers are not supported for that platform for your release.
All answers posted here are from volunteers. Someone in the community could hypothetically have come up with a solution that works fine for them, but if they are not Mathworks employees posting on behalf of Mathworks then it is not a verified solution.
You should create a support case with the feature request. Support requests from users are considered important information for prioritization purposes. If there is enough demand then Mathworks will eventually create a verified solution. Might take a few years, but at least it will be verified.

The answer to,
"Is there any reliably functional way how to use INTEL oneAPI with MATLAB on Linux platform?"
Is NO.
... And you should still create a support case.
