How to get current URL from web browser using matlab?

I'm looking for how to get current URL from web browser such as chrome, firefox, or matlab browser using matlab code? It it possible to do it? Thank you

If you are willing to do copy&paste, you can do this in MATLAB
txt=clipboard('paste')

How do you use this to copy the url- sorry I've never seen the clipboard function before?

You go to your browser address bar, press Ctrl+C to copy the URL, and then go to MATLAB Command Window to run the above command.
