Integrating Simulink Requirement with Jama

I see that there is a way to directly link and trace DNG and Simulink requirements through the following link:

Is there anything similair for Jama without using an external plugin? I see that MATLAB supports integration with Jama Connect but there is no documentation regarding how to set this up. I understand that I can convert the Jama requirements to a ReqIF file and import it into Simulink but is there a more direct interface?

Integrating with Jama Connect can be done through import and export of ReqIF. This would be through the Jama Data Exchange. API's could be used to create a custom direct integration. MathWorks Consulting offers a paid service to develop integration with third-party tools. We have integrated many requirements tools with MATLAB & Simulink, including Jama.
