Setting the dimensions of a plot.

How can I make the output plot of a function equal to x maximum and y maximum?

Can you explain what do you mean by "output plot" ? Give an example of input to the function and the expected output.
Its for a trajectory function...the graph will always vary due to unlimited possibilities of input. How do I make sure that y and x maximum never exceed the graph dimensions?
you can always check for conditions by getting the edges of the graphs and comparing those with values of x and y. Perhaps I might be able to help you better if you paste your code here.
