I have searched everythere in IEEE and google about the working principle of three-phase front end IGBT-based rectifier which can be used as inverter also. I have not found any articles regarding this. Is anyone familiar with this? Can someone explain or share any article regarding three-phase IGBT-based rectifier which can also act as inverter?![](https://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/answers/uploaded_files/1099475/image.png)

Hi Nitheesh,
Thanks for your question and sharing the topology.
It sounds you're looking for a bidirectional DC-DC converter with IGBT-based switching devices.
We have a component in Simscape Electrical that can be modeled as dual active bridge converter. The documentation explains the working principle as well as shipping demo with DAB control for simulation.
Hope this helps.
Thanks,
