Magnitude , Phase plot of a DT signal [ vector input ]

Hello forum ,

I would like to know if there are MATLAB functions that takes in a vector and plots the magnitude and phase response of the DT signal. For eg, the qn below. As I am in the process of learning DSP, I feel that this is a good time to improve my MATLAB skills for DSP as well.
