Unable to read xml file

I have a file in the current directory and an xml file is not empty. But xmlread returns a null result. Please advise.

After more than 400 questions, you should know to attach the xml file (rename to txt or put in a zip file). You should also know by now that you should insert images, not links to external image hosting sites.
