We would need more information like a list of parts, circuit schematic, and which parts of it you want to simulate. I see a computer ship and a computer port which may lead to a lot of complexity.

my project in bionic arm i need to simulate just one subsystem using arduino and servo motor with EMG sensor (which i cant find in libirary)

in order to run this circuit u will first have to install simulink support packagae for arduino the link is https://la.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/fileexchange/40312-simulink-support-package-for-arduino-hardware

after that when u will open simulink library there u will fin a block named analog read u can simply use it to read the value of your emg sensor whithout the use of any library and u can also find blocks such as servo write u can use them to make a block diagram of your circuit easily
