Did you try deleting the folder
C:\PX4\home\Firmware\src\modules\px4_simulink_app?

Hi Sir,
I met almost the same problem:
Error:Error copying generated code into Pixhawk firmware directory. Delete the files in the folder \\wsl.localhost\Ubuntu\home\xing\PX4-Autopilot\src\modules\px4_simulink_app manually and try building again.
I deleted the files in this folder. However, the problem still existed. How should I resolve it?
Some extra info:
- MATLAB: 2024a
- Pixhawk 4
- PX4 v1.14.0
