hi, if I have A = [-1:-5; -36:-40; -23:-27], B = [-20:-24; -6:-2; -42:-46], C = [-83:-87; -77:-81; -49:-53] sample of RSSI. how can I plot probability density function (PDF) from these value ? can any one plz help me?

What is "RSSI"? The abbreviation that I find suggests that it may be something like "Radio Signal Strength Indicator". When you use "RSSI", do you intend to name some statistical distribution? If so, then please link to its definition.
Are A, B, and C intended to be three separate samples from the same distribution, and you wish to use the information from the three to reconstruct the PDF?
Your A, B, and C appear to be 2 dimensional rather than being vectors. Are each of the rows or columns intended to be independent sampling from the same distribution? Or are you attempting to find the joint PDF in 2D ?
Is it relevant that each of the matrices have integer values? Is it relevant that each row in the matrix contains consecutive values? Or are those just placeholders?
All of your values appear to be integers. If that is characteristic of the values, then then only way to write the PDF is in terms of dirac delta functions (or equivalent), such as is shown here
Lots of questions about what you are trying to ask...

yes RSSI is "Radio Signal Strength Indicator".
yes those are separate samples from the same distribution. and I will hv to PDF from those distribution.
all samples are negative and integer. all are independent sample. yes I am attempting to find the joint PDF in 2D?
I hope, I can make u clear.
I can't understand from wiki how to write code for pdf and plot. plz help me
