Problems trying to integrate Polyspace v2021b with Matlab v2021b

Hello,
I am encountering problems while trying to integrate Polyspace v2021b with my Matlab v2021b install. Both the tools have been already installed separately.
I am working on a corporate license, so i asked for help to my IT. We tried together, following these instructions, but it doesn't seem to work.
We did launch Matlab using an administrative account, navigated to the requested Polyspace folder, but we get the following errors:
Is there anything else we can do?

The error indicates that you have not opened MATLAB with administrator privileges. To open MATLAB with administrator privileges, in Windows (for instance), you can right-click the MATLAB executable from your Windows Start menu and select Run as administrator.

Thanks for the answer :)
Well, we did that. First we tried Run as administrator while still being logged with my account, and it failed with that same error.
Then we also tried logging in with the administrator user and trying the same procedure, but it still failed.
We are pretty puzzled, since we always worked with administrative rights...

You might have to contact MathWorks Technical Support for further investigation into the situation. Other things to try:
  • You can look into your User Account Control settings. In Windows 10 and above, one can use User Account Control to specify elevated level of securities. If your security level have been changed to more than the default settings, maybe even administrator privileges do not help.
  • You can install MATLAB outside the default installation folder (like C:\Program Files) and then integrate with Polyspace. The Polyspace-MATLAB integration involves writing a few files into the MATLAB installation and writing into C:\Program Files can be restricted in several ways. One of those ways might be active on your system, that is why the installation might be failing.
