Hi,
I'm trying to estimate the rotary spectra for a velocity time series using the pwelch function and I'm not sure of how to do it. In fact I'm not sure if it's possible to use that function for this purpose, but I'd like to use the Welch method in my computation. Any ideas please?

Hi,I am also having some questions about rotary spectra. But I don't know how to use this method to analyse velocity time series.Have you solved your problem? I hope that you can teach me something about how to compute the rotary spectra.I want to run it in matlab.thanks.

Hi Javier, Please take a look at the Signal Processing toolbox rmpordermap function. It computes a pectrogram of order vs. time of signals measured over a range of rotational speeds. Frantz
