Impose biais values during NN training

Dear forum members,

I was wondering if there are any solutions to impose bias values during training of neural network ?

I am using a one-hidden layer NN to approximate a function , the network output a function .

It works fine, but I would like to impose .

This is mathematically possible by imposing but is there any solutions to implement this using Matlab train function ?
