How do I get Volume Viewer functions to work?

I have the "Image Processing" toolbox installed, but I notice that I can't use/access its Volume Viewer functions like "orthosliceViewer" and "sliceViewer". When I try to run orthosliceViewer, I get the error that the function is not defined.

Which release are you using? According to its documentation page orthosliceViewer and sliceViewer were introduced in release R2019b. Are you using a release older than that?
