Use "vpaintegral" instead of "int":

syms x
expr(x) = sin(x)/x*exp(-3*x^2+i*x);
I = vpaintegral(expr,-10,10)

or directly

syms x
expr = sin(x)/x*exp(-3*x^2+i*x);
I = int(expr,-Inf,Inf)
