How to generate a signal with logarithmic increasing amplitude and a constant frequency?

Im trying to generate a signal with an logarithmic increasing amplitude and constant frequency.

I also need to write a code for another signal with changing both (amplitude and frequency), but i think it will be easy after i know how to do the first one.
