Adam Pluto usb:0 no device error
Show older comments
I have done all device installations and updates on AD's website. I downloaded and installed the support package mean toolbox. I have assigned hostIP. Despite these, I still cannot communicate with the device to the computer. I'm getting an error: USB:0 does not have a device. I tried many things but failed. Immediate help

Hi Taha,
I understand that you are not able to communicate with the ADALM-PLUTO device even after installing the necessary packages.
The “USB:0” error that you are getting, could occur because of many possible reasons with couple of frequent root causes being:
- Installation of support package.
- Hardware configuration.
I suggest you try reinstalling the support package for ADALM-PLUTO Radio and configuring the hardware using the documentation links attached below:
- For re-installing the support package:

- For configuring the hardware:
If you still have issues communicating with the hardware, kindly go through some of the common problems and their fixes using the documentation link below:
Hope this helps!
