I want receive data in GUI from other program, by com1 and Bautrate 9600. and show me this result in text1.

set(handles.text1, 'String', string);

data is your numerical array for the data you receive. I'm assuming you used GUIDE and text1 is the tag of the static text label you have on your GUI and that will display the data. Call this code whenever data changes and you want to update that on your GUI.
