How to split output in Matlab and save it in two different excel files?

Is there any way that we can split output and save it two different excel files or even two different sheets in a excel file?
A = [1;2;3;4;5;6;7;8;9;10]; % for example row 1 to 5 in one file (or in first sheet) and row 6 to 10 in another file (or in second sheet)
xlswrite('test.xlsx',A,1); % xlswrite('test.xlsx',A,sheet,range)

I haven’t done that, but according to the documentation it should be possible. I would use a loop with different arguments to do the individual writes.
