Cannot create a new channel.

I am exploring ThingSpeak for a project, so I am using the free option (with 4 channels available). I do not have any channels listed, but when I want to create a new channel it gives me an error massage to say that I have used up my 4 channels and need to purchase units to create additional channels.

Please assist.

So, did you do that? Contact sales?

Or else you'll have to get rid of one existing channel to create a new one.

Hi. I did delete the single channel, and have none listed. I still get the error message. I have contacted sales now - just thought there was a simple solution and I may have been missing something!!

We worked with Neil and got him going again. He had an expired commercial trial. They can be extended or restarted but you need to reach out to ThingSpeak support for a special exception.
