Unable to access Matlab online

Hi. I'm using Matlab online with a license from a ML course on Coursera. But yesterday I can't access to the Matlab online anymore, the page just keep loading without informing the reason. I've checked cookies, tried to delete session, or trying to refresh the license eventhough I'm sure the license hasn't expired. Now I'm basically can't use Matlab to practice ML anymore, I think I deserve an explanation, I've contacted the support team yesterday but I've recieved any answer.
