Your question looks like a homework or exam problem, which is not the purpose of this site. Also, you don't need matlab to answer the question. You just need calculus. If you are trying to do it numerically, then set up the problem (i.e. create matrices representing the desired vector field in the desired region of interest), and look up divergence in the Matlab Help.
