How can I simulate hard switching mosfet in matlab and shows the result of losses?

i have the same problem i want to get the charactirstics of Rds(on)and vgs ids and power losses in my cirucuit while the mosfet as switcher works ?

Use the N-Channel MOSFET block from Simscape Electrical and ensure include a non-zero Coss in the Capacitance group of parameters. Using this in your circuit, you can then use ee_getPowerLossSummary to extract the total losses. See Calculate dissipated power losses and switching losses - MATLAB ee_getPowerLossSummary (mathworks.com) for example.
