Why do I get blank pages when printing from the editor to the printer queue under Windows?

3 views (last 30 days)
I am running MATLAB Version: 8.1.0.604 (R2013a), under Windows 7 Version 6.1 (Build 7601: Service Pack 1), with Java 1.6.0_17-b04 with Sun Microsystems Inc. Java HotSpot™ 64-Bit Server VM mixed mode
When I have a file of MATLAB source open in the editor end print to a printer, I get a blank page, rather than any text printed out. Other applications on my system (e.g., Word, Powerpoint, Adobe Acrobat, Notepad) all print as expected.
Can you advise me on what to check next? Thanks!

What happens when you try to print a figure? Could you try printing using both the figure UI and the print command to help us isolate the cause of the issue better?

Sorry for the delay. I just printed a plot using the figure window, and it worked fine. I also used the command: print ( '-dwinc' ) and that worked fine as well.
