how can i compare 2 .wav files or more ?

hello everybody
I'm searching for a way to compare 2 or more .wav files and get a percentage of their resemblance in Matlab.
Like : read sound1.wav
read sound2.wav
get a percentage on how much they are alike

Get both the wave data to same size using interp1 and then use regression.
