Hi Gargi and Sushantraj,
Your best bet for modeling an EV based on a PMSM drive system would be through Powertrain Blockset. This is the lastest EV example that comes with the blockset:
An interior PMSM + inverter model is under the subsystem: Passenger Car/Electric Plant/Powertrain Blockset/Motor/MotGenEvDynamic (MotGenEvDynamic)

Since the question does not specify fidelity and usecase. I wanted to add a few more examples in case you wanted to go from system to component:
