Uning the Kelvin-Voigt equation
𝐹= (𝑘∗𝑥) + (𝜂∗𝑥′)
where x is displacement, x’ is velocity, k is spring constant, and η is damping coefficient
The acceleration integration was performed using cumtrapz() MATALB © function to calculate velocity
How can I use above functions (linsolve(), cumptraz()) solve for the stiffness and damping coefficients for each cycle of CPR compression for each manikin.

What did you try?
Your plot looks like a few calls to bar and a call to hold will do the trick.

This looks like a homework querstion. You need to try learning MATLAB imporitng data and plotting function and ask specific questions about what's not working.
