clear all
s=tf('s');
num=1;
den=(s+(-65+65j))*(s-(65+65j));
sys=num/den;

Hello Muhammed,
it's as easy as
angle(65+65j)
angle(65-65j)
with each angle in radians subtended from the x axis, -pi < angle <= pi
