Problem running matlab with visual c

hi everyone when I try to open matlab this error is shown and I cannot produce any random number with randi it's the same number every time
error 1935. An error occurred during the installation ofassemply
Microsoft.VC80.CRT.type='win32,version='8.0'
any one knows how to fix it?
