I need to plot spectral response of input signal which has nearly 1 lakh samples. so need to break signal into parts of 4000 samples and apply hanning window to each frame then take its fft. then take avg of all the spectram plot to get final spectrum.

10,000 samples are not very long, most computer should be able to handle it, you can use pwelch function directly to do this, e.g.,

pwelch(randn(1e5,1),hann(4000),0)
