i have to find 1000 E matrix of order (12,1)? why am i getting all 999 matrixes of E empty?

% Calculation of Y
N=1000;
E=cell(1,N);
Y=zeros(12,1);
for i=1:N
    for k=1:12
        Y(k,1)=(C{i}(k))\(B{i}(k));
    end
end
E{i}=Y;

Your should be assigning to E{i} inside the loop.
