How can I render a 3D volume from >/= 2 orthogonal ultrasound frames?

Hi, I am trying to construct a 3D volume from an U/S data set. While I am familiar with the isosurface function, I'm not sure about how I would use this with orthogonal slices. Does anyone have any preliminary suggestions?
Thanks
Nic
