how can model a transfer function block whose coefficient varies?

i am using a resonant controller, whose transfer function is given by: (2*k*w)s/((s^2+2*w*s+h^2). To model this i need to use a transfer function block. But the coefficient w varies depending on frequency. how can i implement such a transfer function?

You can write your equation in time domain, then use the blocks (derivative, gain,sum,..) to construct your model
