I'AM INSTATING MATLAB SOFTWARE 2010(A) AND 2011(A)... THIS MESSAGE BOX WILL BE DISPLAYED...
INSTALLAE ERROR :::
THERE IS IN INVALID CHARACTER (!) IN YOUR TEMP DIRECTORY. PLEASE REMOVE THE CHARACTER FROM YOUR TEMP (OR TMP) ENVIRONMENT AND RUN THE INSTALLER AGAIN.
AM FORMATING THE SYSTEM AND NEWELY INSTALLED OS WIN7 BUT THIS PROBLEM WAS NOT CLEARED... PLEASE HELP ME...

Go to Computer->System properties->Advanced system settings->Environment Variables, check the variable "TEMP" and "TMP" to see if it contains the "!" character. I think the error message means that. How did it happen? I don't know. You may edit the "TEMP" and "TMP" variable, but make sure the corresponding folder exists.

You can create a new temp directory and worry about deleting the old one later.
