How can I use RegenSim library in matlab 2013b

Have seen it being used online for so many renewable energy simulations.need to know how i can use it in my project

I really need to use renewable energy resources in my thesis work. Unfortunately, my matlab version does not contain renewable energy resources library.

Then it would seem to make sense for you to upgrade your version of MATLAB to include SimPowerSystems

Hi. I'm using R2017b and I can't seem to find "RegenSim" or "SimPowerSystems". I can only see "Simscape" -> "Power Systems". Have those been renamed or do I need to download them separately? Thanks.
