Re-install the Java JRE that ships with Matlab?

When I recently updated Java on my PC, the Java-installer asked me if I want to un-install old and "unsecure" versions of Java. Stupidly, I clicked yes. Java apparently proceeded to un-install the JRE that comes with Matlab. Matlab now gives me an error "Unable to fund Java library..." on startup and starts a non-GUI Matlab session.

My question: Where can I download and install the JRE that ships with Matlab?
