How to display chinese character in Matlab 2012B editor and command line?

Hi, I face an issue maybe lots of people have been troubled. My system is win 8.1 English. I have lot of codes which have Chinese commend and display outputs.
I have try to do something, 1. change my "Regional and Language Options" to "Chinese (PRC)" 2. change fonts set to 'simsum'
Still display junk like
% m_pstResultDataStruct: ÓÃÓÚÄÚ²¿¼ÆËãµÄÅÓ´óµÄÊý¾Ý½á¹û
Please help!

You can't be sure it is the same issue, as the other user did not mention the release used ;-) But seriously, this is a 2y old question and the user didn't bother to respond, so please don't expect timely help. Please call into technical support.

"Those Chinese comments in a M-file became strange symbols after re-open in Matlab Editor (even anyelse editors). The problem lies in the setting of "Standards and formats" setting of "Regional and Language Options". Set it to "Chinese (PRC)" and then the problem solved. Thus, it seems that Matlab read location information from this section and determine the lunguage with which it displays and stores contents."
