How to interpret this spreadsheet ?

Hi everyone, I have this spreadsheet that represents the composition of stocks in each one of the 10 portfolios (the column on the far left represents the 10 portfolios, and the bar on the top represents companies's names), however, I'm having troubles interpreting values on the spreadsheet, please help!

What this has to do with Matlab? Or explain what do you mean by how to interpret.
