How can I draw a circle in matlab using parametric ecuations or the circle ecuation?

That's one simple way you can do it
x= sin(0:.01:2*pi);
y= cos(0:.01:2*pi);
plot(x,y);
axis equal
also try below, but you probably gonna get some warnings! lol
f=@(x,y) x^2+y^2-25
ezplot(f)
axis equal
