frequency domain feature extraction

can anyone tell me what are the features in frequency domain for classification of heart sounds such as normal,murmur , artifact and extrasystole ?

That's more of a physiology question than a MATLAB question. You might be better off asking in a different forum, such as researchgate.net, or something more specific to cardiology even.
